Print, Stitch, Transform

Explore simple printing techniques and print onto fabric to create a background for embellishment with stitch.  You will learn how to use transfer dyes with a range of different media including plant materials to create  transfer papers and then iron them onto fabric.  Bonding will also be used to add additional texture and you will then embellish your creation with hand and/or free machine stitching to transform your design into a textural delight.
